We don’t see how it couldn’t be a rebadge, since last time we checked famed camera masters Rollei weren’t making digital multimedia devices. But hey, look the other way for fifteen minutes and they break out their US and TS 1GB players (respectively) on ya, which don’t look all that godawful for a crappy OEM badge.
